Do I have to bring the carpets to your office or your technicians will come to my property to clean them on site?
For your convenience, our cleaners will come to your property and deep clean the pieces on site. There is no need for you to worry about bringing the pieces to our office.
How long does it usually take for my carpet to dry?
Depending on the thickness of your carpet, the duration may vary. The drying process usually takes between 2 and 6 hours.
How do your clean carpets?
Our carpet cleaners vacuum the carpets first in order to remove any debris. Then, our hot water extraction method comes to the rescue. It involves injection of heated water and cleaning solution deep into the fibers. Then we extract the combination along with any dust and dirt so that the piece can dry off quickly.
What if I am not happy with my current cleaner?
In case you are not happy with your cleaner or their performance, please do not hesitate to contact us so that we can discuss any concerns and be able to offer a solution. Your satisfaction is what comes first!
